Terms of service

VApentest provides automated and expert-assisted security testing against targets you authorize. You must only scan systems you own or have written permission to test.

You are responsible for credentials issued to your workspace, for keeping target scope accurate, and for not using the platform to attack third parties, evade the law, or disrupt others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Paid plans are billed in advance as described on the pricing page. Trials convert only if you add a payment method. Questions about invoices go to sales@vapentest.com.

Security testing cannot guarantee that every vulnerability is found. The platform is provided as-is except where the law says otherwise. Counsel will replace this section with the negotiated limitation language before this draft is treated as binding.
